From there we will schedule an on-site visit to properly assess the space followed by the creation of our Design Concepts and visual representations of your space complete. 

Yes. All design services are completed in-house. We offer 2D layouts and 3D renderings so you can clearly visualize your deck, patio, pool, or complete backyard transformation prior to construction begins. This helps eliminate surprises and ensures the final build matches your exceptions.

Absolutely. Many home owners come to us with inspiration photos or rough ideas. We refine those concepts to suit your property, budget, and local building requirements. 

Every project is custom, so costs vary based on size, materials, and features. During your consultation, we discuss realistic budget ranges and help you make informed decisions that align with your goals and investment level.

Timelines depend on the scope of work, weather conditions, and material availability. Smaller projects may take one to two weeks while full backyard transformations make take one to two months. A clear, expected timeline is provided before construction begins.

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your project in our schedule. Payment schedules are clearly outlined before work begins so there are no surprises.

Yes. When required, we manage permits and ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations in your area.

Earlier planning is always recommended. Our deck, patio, and pool projects are typically designed months in advance, especially for Spring and Summer builds. Early planning allows for better scheduling and more design flexibility.
